The Upper Rogue 11-U All-Stars upended Kennewick, Wash., 9-5 to win the Cal Ripken Pacific Northwest Regional Championship on Saturday at U.S. Cellular Community Park.

The Upper Rogue 11-U All-Stars upended Kennewick, Wash., 9-5 to win the Cal Ripken Pacific Northwest Regional Championship on Saturday at U.S. Cellular Community Park.

Trenton Wilson earned the win from the mound, pitching three shutout innings. He also had two grand slams and 12 RBIs during tournament play.

Upper Rogue pitcher Josh Berman notched two victories in the tournament.

Cole Carder, Dakota Adams, Tyren Wolfe and Honus Kindreich provided Upper Rogue with offensive punch.

Upper Rogue, which went undefeated in the tournament, also defeated Wenatchee, Wash., 9-3, in the semifinals. In pool play, it defeated Meridian, Idaho (9-5), Black Hills (14-12) and Stanwood (5-3).
