After a long illness, Ann Cavett, 76, passed away in her home on Weds. Sept. 2, 2009.
Ann was born in Marysville, Kansas on April 26, 1933. Following High School, she graduated from Colorado State College of Education in Greeley, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education. It was here she met and married her husband of 53 years, William W. Cavett on June 3, 1956. Together they had two children, Curt and Carisse and moved to Phoenix, Ariz. where she taught Preschool at the First Baptist Church. After 29 years, they moved to what Ann called "God's Country," a.k.a. Medford, Oregon.
She is survived by her husband, William; two children, seven grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.
A Memorial service is planned for Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Eastwood Baptist Church, 675 Keenway Dr.,Medford.
