A Klamath Falls man has been sentenced to almost a month in jail for impersonating a police officer while striking a car window with a screwdriver and yelling racial obscenities.

The Klamath County District Attorney's Office says 26-year-old Levi Delgadillo also made threatening remarks in a phone call to the grandmother of the victims.

Delgadillo pleaded guilty to the accusations stemming from the March incident and will be on probation for one year after he serves his 29-day sentence.
