Richard and Kristin Hall of Central Point celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a cruise to Alaska in August with their daughters and sons-in-law. They renewed their vows on Dec. 24, in the Helen Ross Chapel at Medford Friends Church, where they were originally married. They then attended a dinner hosted by their children on Christmas Eve, with all of their immediate family in attendance.

Richard Hall married Kristin Christenson on Dec. 24, 1959, in the Helen Ross Chapel at Medford Friends Church.

Richard graduated from Crater High School.

He worked in plywood, consumer finance and later retired from Rogue Valley Medical Center.

Kristin graduated from Medford High School, worked for Harry & David, School District 549C and was a dedicated homemaker.

Dick and Kris enjoy spending time with their family, hunting, golfing and exercising at Avamere at Waterford Health & Fitness Club.

They have two daughters, Leslie (Jeff) Case of Jacksonville and Lora (Christopher) Miller of Portland. They also have five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
