Sip samples and stock up on bubbly in a festive atmosphere at Pacific Wine Club's "Festive Bubble Bash in the Warehouse" from 2 to 6 p.m. at 3588 Heathrow Way, Medford. For something different, the annual free New Year's Eve concert at St. Mark's Episcopal Church at 7 tonight with performances by Kirsten Boldt-Neurohr (bassoon), John Neurohr (trombone), Christian Mathisen (tenor), Kimberly Fitch (viola), Irene Fitch (oboe), Debra Harris (flute), the SOU Faculty Brass Quintet, and others. The concert will be followed by a gala reception and then, at approximately 9 p.m., the Service of Night Prayer for the New Year, from the New Zealand Prayer Book.
