California beat the Ducks for the third time this season.

The Golden Bears will next take on BYU in the WNIT quarterfinals on Saturday at 6 p.m. at Haas Pavilion in Berkeley, Calif. BYU beat Wyoming 67-63 on the road Thursday.

California (21-13) is in the quarterfinals of the WNIT for the first time. The Bears also played in the WNIT in 1979, 1981, 1984 and 1987.

Sophomore Amanda Johnson scored 17 points to lead Oregon (18-16). Johnson's layup cut the Ducks

deficit to 56-55 with 6:15 remaining in the game.

Gray-Lawson followed with a 3-pointer to start an 11-0 California run.
