Known for his quick wit, David Testroet has taken his farcical act from his Iowa home to comedy clubs and theaters across the United States and Canada and on five tours overseas, where he entertained U.S troops.

Known for his quick wit, David Testroet has taken his farcical act from his Iowa home to comedy clubs and theaters across the United States and Canada and on five tours overseas, where he entertained U.S troops.

Testroet will perform at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, May 28-29, at Chadwick's Pub in the Rogue Regency Inn, 2300 Biddle Road, Medford.

Testroet brings 17 years of stage experience, where he puts his improvisational skills on display. Almost any topic can fuel his wit, from Darwin to grizzly bears. Testroet also frequently incorporates the harmonica into his show.

Kris Vandehey, who hails from Grants Pass, will open the Chadwick's performance. Her comedic sarcasm hits topics from warped parenting techniques, to mid-life crises and remedies for breast cancer.
