Manolo Pina scored five goals to lead the Sacramento Gold to a 7-3 victory over the Southern Oregon Fuego in a National Premier Soccer League Western Division game Saturday at Spiegelberg Stadium.

The division-leading Gold built a 6-0 halftime advantage.

Former Ashland High standout Rod Ramos had three assists for Southern Oregon (2-6-1, 0-6 NPSL).

Brian Avila, Rael Hirning and Kookie Castillo tallied goals for the Fuego.

Southern Oregon plays at Real San Jose next Saturday and returns to U.S. Cellular Park on June 12 against the Bay Area Ambassadors.
