Liberty Bank has named Saul Weinstein vice president and manager of collections and special assets. He will manage and oversee the resolution of troubled assets.

Weinstein is a career banker with more than 38 years in the industry. He has experience in special assets management, commercial lending and management, and loan administration.

He served as a bank examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. He attended the University of California at Los Angeles.

ACCESS Inc. has named Glory Cooper its nutrition programs coordinator. She succeeds Vicki Penny, who retired after seven years with ACCESS.

Cooper will assist department director Philip Yates in developing and monitoring budgets, contracts and staff development. She will oversee the agency's Emergency Food, Fresh Alliance and Commodity Supplemental Food programs. She also coordinates 22 food pantry managers and their volunteers.

Cooper was with Medford's Mobility Unlimited for more than five years, serving as executive director, as well as director of marketing and development. She earned a certificate in nonprofit management from San Jose University in 2001 and was a development associate for Second Harvest Food Bank in California's Santa Cruz County. She worked in public relations and communications for San Jose-based Brand Fusion, a communications firm. She also is a former president of Rogue Valley Development Professionals. She served in the U.S. Navy from 1982 to 1986.
