Britt Festivals has canceled one of several movie nights it scheduled this summer.

The showing of "Genghis Blues," a film about blind bluesman Paul Pena, was to have been shown Friday, Aug. 27, but Britt announced today it would remove the film from its schedule because it "didn't generate enough interest," a spokeswoman said.

Ticket holders can contact the Britt box office at 541-773-6077 for a refund.

Several other movie nights, including one scheduled Saturday with a showing of a film about the friendship between Jerry Garcia and David Grisman, remain on the schedule.
