One Horse Shy mixes country rhythms, rock and bluegrass and showcases original tunes penned by lead vocalist Manda Bryn and rhythm guitarist Cris Kelly. Bryn and Kelly are backed by Bob Evoniuk on lap steel and dobro, Mysha Caruso on bass, percussionist Bryan Helfrich and Ezra Severin on harmonica and mandolin.

Based in Ashland, One Horse Shy released its second CD, "Better Life," in early 2010. The band's self-titled debut album was released in 2008.

Meanwhile, the group has garnered fans up and down the West Coast, making appearances at Britt Festivals, the Oregon Shakespeare Festival's Green Shows, the Rogue Theatre in Grants Pass and on National Public Radio's "West Coast Live," broadcast in November 2009 from OSF's Bowmer Theatre.

Admission to the Bear Creek concerts is free.
