A repeat favorite, Jared Hokanson said changing with the times — an evolving housing market with record foreclosures and short sales — has been necessary to serve the families who call him for help.

A 40-year-old who ventured into real estate more than six years ago after a stint in management, Hokanson says the focus for his office, RE/MAX Platinum, is on serving customers. Hokanson says his office's strong suits are follow-through and commitment to selling houses.

Hokanson's office is at the corner of Black Oak Drive and East Barnett Road in Medford.
