Medford resident Devon Finley has joined the Oregon Community Foundation as donor relations officer for Southern Oregon. Before joining OCF, Finley worked 91/2 years as a program officer for the Turner Foundation in Atlanta.

Medford resident Devon Finley has joined the Oregon Community Foundation as donor relations officer for Southern Oregon. Before joining OCF, Finley worked 91/2 years as a program officer for the Turner Foundation in Atlanta.

She researched and made grant recommendations in the fields of environmental health, youth development, population and water and air quality.

She also ran Turner Foundation special initiatives, including creation of Atlanta Recycles and projects with the National Restaurant Association and the U.S. Green Building Council.

Finley moved back to Oregon in 2007 and worked remotely for the Turner Foundation until this year.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from the University of California-Davis and a Master of Arts degree in English from Oregon State University.

She succeeds Amy Cuddy, who is now the program officer for grants for Southern Oregon.

Rich Hieb, senior executive vice president and chief operating officer at PremierWest Bank has been elected board president of Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Southern Oregon. Other officers are Bob Hirt, vice president, and John Blackhurst, a partner in Kellington Krack Richmond Blackhurst & Glatte, secretary/treasurer.

Bill Martinez and Phil Gonzales have been added to the sales staff at Skinner Autoplex in Medford. Martinez has been in the auto business for 34 years.

Gonzales has been in the industry for 60 years, including the past 40 in the Rogue Valley.
