Camelot Theatre's producing director, one of two top managers of the organization, is stepping down after almost six years.

Douglas Warner is leaving to pursue other interests, the theater announced.

Livia Genise, Camelot's artistic director, will continue in her role, and the theater will not replace Warner, it said.

Roy Rains, Warner's production assistant and John Bird in the theater's production of "Frost/Nixon," will become interim production manager, the theater announced.

Camelot is in the midst of building a new theater, expected to open in June.
