A Central Point man was arrested in Salem on a charge of delivering marijuana after police learned a load was headed their way from the Stayton area.

Richard Ramsey Jr., 44, was among three arrested Wednesday after Salem Police Street Crimes detectives stopped their vehicle and found 5 pounds of pot with an estimated street value of $20,000.

The other two arrested were Katrina M. Lindsey, 18, and Michael W. Spradling, 31, both of Stayton.

Ramsey is an Oregon Medical Marijuana Card holder, but acted outside of program restrictions by allegedly selling the marijuana to non-cardholders, according to a police press release.
