Rogue Community College's Small Business Development Center is offering two classes for non-profit organization leaders.

The first gives insight into evaluating executive directors and employees. Board members and managers learn to plan, schedule, conduct and follow-up on staff evaluations. They will also learn to provide leadership and direction while measuring outcomes and job performance. Course participants will complete an evaluation during the class time.

The class meets 1-4 p.m. Wednesday, March 2. The cost is $59.

The second class covers strategic planning and goal setting for board and staff members, looking at an organization's structure and current positioning in the community. Class members will outline a strategic plan and follow-up meeting with a board. Class participants should bring a copy of their organizations bylaws to the class.

Debbie Cantiello is the instructor for both classes.

Classes are at the Small Business Development Center, 214 SW 4th St. Grants Pass.
