A workshop celebrating National Poetry Month by creating "cut-up poetry" is planned from 1:30 to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 3, at the Ashland Branch Library, 410 Siskiyou Blvd., Ashland.

The hands-on workshop will be led by Deborah Holmes and Sally Ehrman. Participants will recycle text into poems using scissors, glue sticks and their imaginations. Materials and supplies are provided by the Friends of the Ashland Public Library.
