KLAMATH FALLS — Justin Bohn hasn't always found Klamath Falls to his liking but the Phoenix senior was in full control Tuesday in the Skyline Conference baseball opener for both teams.

Bohn tossed a three-hitter and was 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and two RBIs to lead the Pirates to a 6-2 victory.

"He was dominating," Phoenix head coach Hank Munn said of Bohn. "I'd call it a redemption game for him. He didn't have a great outing over here last time but he kept his composure really well."

Kameron Kaufman ripped an RBI double in the first and Albert Reynoso later followed with a two-run home run to left field to put the Pirates up 4-0. Reynoso fouled off four two-strike pitches before going deep.

Bohn added a two-run double in the fourth to push the lead up to 6-2. Bohn also sported seven strikeouts against five walks in improving his pitching record to 2-0.

Tim Keith was 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI for the Pirates (3-3, 1-0 Skyline), while leadoff hitter Kevin Gordon had a solo home run and a double to pace Henley (1-4, 0-1).
