Treadway, a senior, plays first and third base and also pitches for the Pirates, who beat Hidden Valley 9-6 on Tuesday to take sole possession of first place in the Skyline Conference. Phoenix, which is 8-7 overall and 5-1 in conference play, hosts Henley (6-6, 4-2 Skyline) in a doubleheader that begins at noon on Saturday.

Treadway collected three hits and picked up a save for the Pirates in their victory over the Mustangs. He retired six of seven batters in two innings of scoreless relief to pick up his first save on the season. Treadway also went 3-for-4 with three RBIs and three runs. His two-run home run in the sixth inning gave Phoenix its 9-6 advantage.
