Medford's Wil Cochrane and Matthew Pronesti combined to upset the second-seeded duo and claim the boys 18 doubles title in the Boys and Girls Level 5 Dual at the Rogue Valley Swim and Tennis Club on Sunday.

Medford's Wil Cochrane and Matthew Pronesti combined to upset the second-seeded duo and claim the boys 18 doubles title in the Boys and Girls Level 5 Dual at the Rogue Valley Swim and Tennis Club on Sunday.

Cochrane and Pronesti toughed out an 8-6 victory for Paxton Deuel and Trevor Brown.

On the girls side, former Medford resident Dasha Ivanova, who resides in Beaverton, breezed past Megan Lalone for the girls 18 singles title. Ivanova, a 14-year-old who came in as the top seed, won 6-0, 6-0.

Ivanova also teammed with Arianna Fardanesh to win the 18 doubles semifinal over Mackenzie Bowman and Tracy Landram, 8-2.
