Ashland-based electric motorcycle manufacturer Brammo Inc., said today that production of its Enertia and Enertia Plus models has begun at the Flextronics production facility in Sàrvàr, Hungary.

Ashland-based electric motorcycle manufacturer Brammo Inc., said today that production of its Enertia and Enertia Plus models has begun at the Flextronics production facility in Sàrvàr, Hungary.

The production line is capable of producing 660 motorcycles a month and will initially produce for North American, European and Asian consumption.

"We have a significant number of customer and fleet orders that we will be fulfilling this year, Brammo founder and chief executive Craig Bramscher said in a release. "It's been a very satisfying year with customer orders, new dealers and now production all gaining momentum much faster than anticipated."
