Brien K. Brisson passed away early Friday morning on August 19, 2011, at his home. Brien was born in Green Bay, Wis., on September 2, 1952. He was the eldest of six children. In 1970, he graduated from Lathrop High, in Fairbanks, Alaska.
The Rogue Valley became his home in 1985. Soon after, he met his loving partner Jacque Walker, with whom he shared his life. Brien was a lover of music, especially the Blues. He was a collector of many things. He enjoyed working with wood and going to car shows with his daughter. Becoming a grandpa made him very proud. Any one who knew Brien would say he was an amazing storyteller.
Brien was proceeded in death by his father, William Brisson. He is survived by his loving partner, Jacque Walker; mother, Barbara; three brothers, Brad, Blayne, and Brett; two sisters, Babbette and Bridget; daughter, Kristina; grandson, Denver; granddaughter, Cheyenne; and many nieces and nephews.
A service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on August 27, 2011, at South Valley Church, 4812 S. Pacific Hwy., Phoenix, Ore. Contributions may be made to Conger-Morris Funeral Home.
