The Southern Oregon Speedway (6900 Kershaw Rd., White City) will host Super Late Model racing Friday and Saturday.

The winner will pocket $2,500.

Four-cylinder open racing will also be on display.

Tickets are $15 for general admission (13 and older), $10 for senior (62 and older), juniors (ages 6-12) and veterans, $5 for children ages 1-5 and $20 for reserved seating.

Waldorf College senior outside hitter Kinzie Towry, a former South Medford High standout, led the Warriors last week with 52 kills in five games.

The Warriors compete in the NAIA's Midwest Collegiate Conference. The school is located in Forest City, Iowa.

Towry, who also had 44 digs and six aces, was named to the University of Wisconsin-River Falls All-Tournament team for her performance over the weekend.
