ACCESS employees will be at the court from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. through Dec. 24, accepting donations of money or nonperishable food. ACCESS also accepts secure donations online at www.accesshelps.org. Click the "Donate Now" button and enter "Greystone" in the dedication field ("on behalf of").
Schnitzer Steel Industries of Portland — through its national company-wide "Racing to Stop Hunger" initiative — and the Kimmel Family Foundation, based in Eagle Point, are each donating $25,000 during the drive. Schnitzer Steel also has announced that it will match the community's donations during the drive up to $25,000.
