Bonnie Kathleen Johnson passed away after her nearly four year battle with ovarian cancer, on December 25, 2011, at her home. She was born on April 5, 1945, in Glasgow, Mont., to Clerance and Adeline Hogan.
Bonnie worked for many years with the American Red Cross as a blood drive coordinator and was avid for many years in the local chapter of Beta Sigma Phi sorority.
Bonnie dearly loved her family, the beach, spending time advising her many friends through certain times in their lives and many trips taken to Hawaii, especially the island of Kauai.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald, whom she married February 29, 1964. She is survived by her three children, Veronica (Derald) Gilmore, Christopher (Adeline) Johnson and Michael (Heather) Johnson; six grandchildren, Nicholas Pointer, Kyndall and Peyton Gilmore, Garrett, Bodie and Sawyer Johnson; brother, Robert Hogan; stepfather, Harry Fallgrin; sister-in-law, Linda Twitchell; niece, Katy Hogan and family; nephew, Richard Hogan and family; and several cousins.
Bonnie will be missed by all for her wonderful boisterous personality and loving ways, and the strong but sensitive spirit she expressed daily. Bonnie donated her body to science, with her ashes to be scattered at a later time. Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or charity of choice.
