KLAMATH FALLS — United Express said today it will change the schedule of flights to and from Klamath Falls to accommodate travelers better

After months of discussion with the Klamath Falls Airport and the Klamath County Chamber of Commerce, the airline will offer early-morning flights to both Portland and San Francisco, with return flights from those cities at 11 p.m. daily. New departure times will go into effect April 1 and will replace current departures, which are scheduled later in the day.

The schedule changes will enable business travelers to make day trips to Portland and San Francisco for work and will enhance leisure travelers' ability to connect with flights in those cities, chamber officials said.
