The Jackson County Genealogy Library will host a research class from 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 24, on tracing ancestry across the Atlantic Ocean during the 1700s and 1800s through county records.

The Jackson County Genealogy Library will host a research class from 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 24, on tracing ancestry across the Atlantic Ocean during the 1700s and 1800s through county records.

In the class at the library, 95 Houston Road, Ruth Gerety will teach basic research on how to begin and what to expect from county records.

Attendees are asked to bring information that may be helpful. Class size is limited to the first 10 signing up. It costs $10 for members and $20 for non-members.
