This brings the mountain's 7-day new snowfall total to 28 inches.

Officials closed the mountain Tuesday due to blizzard conditions and winds that reached 55 mph with 90 mph gusts. It has reopened today.

Its website, www.mtashland.com, reports that weather on the mountain remains overcast with snow flurries. The road up the mountain is snow-packed.
