Tamra Riley was born July 26, 1963, to Al and Sherry Hines, and passed away July 26, 2012, at the age of 49. She lived a short, but full life, starting with the birth of her brother, Scott, June 24, 1966. As a child, Tamra enjoyed spending time with her family, fishing, hunting, and camping. She traveled with her family to many places such as Yellowstone National Park. She graduated high school in 1981, from North Medford High with high honors.

Tamra met her late husband shortly after graduation and they were married June 18, 1983. Their first child, Eugene, was born August 20, 1984, Joshua was born May 8, 1987, and their daughter, Victoria, just a couple years later, January 7, 1989. She moved with her husband to California City, but moved back to her hometown to be with her family. Tamra suffered the loss of her husband November, 1999, but then met her long-time companion, Derek Morton. In 2008, Tamra was overjoyed to become a grandmother. And just one year later suffered the tragic loss of her father, to whom she was very close.

She lived the rest of her life doing what she loved, spending time with her family, gardening, canning, crocheting, and quilting. Tamra enjoyed live music, reading, writing, and being a mother and grandmother. She was a strong, loving, compassionate person who will be missed by many.
