Medford Forum, a program produced in partnership between the City of Medford and RVTV at the Southern Oregon Digital Media Center, will have a new host and a new schedule, starting with the Feb. 27 show.

Chantell Munoz, a senior communication major at Southern Oregon University, is the new host. A news anchor for the SOU student newscast "Soundbyte" last spring and a co-host of "The Jeffersonian," a collaboration of SOU students and SOPTV, Munoz will produce and host the program. Munoz will complete her degree work at SOU in June and plans to enter the local media industry, promoters said.

Medford Forum becomes a monthly feature beginning this week. City Council members will provide topics for six shows each year, while city staff and department heads will be profiled in the other six programs.

Medford Forum is seen live at 6 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month on RVTV channels 9 and 21. The program streams live on the RVTV website and is archived for viewing anytime on the City of Medford website. Replay schedules are available at rvtv.sou.edu.
