The Klamath Falls Gems went ahead for good in the sixth inning and edged the Medford Rogues, 5-4, in West Coast League action on Tuesday at Harry & David Field.

Nathan Etheridge's RBI single in the bottom of the fifth scored Spencer Smith and tied the game at 3 before Klamath Falls (13-37) executed an inning-ending double play.

Tucker Campbell went 2-for-3 with a run scored and Smith 2-for-5 with three runs for Medford (24-26).

Rogues starter Ivan Dilda took the loss after allowing eight hits, five runs (one earned) and two walks and striking out three in seven innings.
