    Friday
Vintage Fair: More than 40 antique and decor vendors will be on hand at the third annual Vintage Fair at Barnstormer Farm from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at 2255 Coker Butte Road, Medford. There will be music, food and wine. Cost is $8 Friday, $6 Saturday and proceeds will go to Hope Equestrian Center. See www.barstormerfarm.com.
Daedalus Film Festival: The festival examines the global HIV/AIDS crisis through film. All screenings are at the Varsity Theatre, 166 E. Main St., downtown Ashland, and will be followed by a question and answer period.  “The Normal Heart” will show at 7 p.m. Friday and is free. Other shows will be presented throughout the weekend, with tickets at $10. For more info, see osfashland.org/daedalusfilmfest.
    Saturday
Fiddlin' Around: Stay in touch with the Rogue Valley's roots and be entertained at the same time during Jacksonville History Saturday, held the second Saturday of each month, May through September. Old Time Fiddlers will perform beginning at 1:30 p.m. on the lawn of the 1873 Beekman House, 470 E. California St. One hour tours of the home will also begin every 15 minutes between noon and 4 p.m. For more, check out www.historicjacksonville.org.
Raise a Glass to Glass Making: Our best bet for wineries this weekend is Caprice Vineyards, 970 Old Stage Road, about a mile north of Jacksonville. They will be hosting local glass artists Jessica Carrara and Dawn Lucero from 12 to 5 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday there will be glass-making demonstrations and on Sunday music from Phil King. Oh, yeah, and wine tastings, too.
    Sunday
You Dirty Dog: In this case, that's a good thing, because it gives you the chance to clean up Fido and help a good cause. Friends of the Animal Shelter are holding the 21st Annual Ashland Dog Wash at the Ashland Food Coop from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday. Dog wash is $10, nail trim $7 or the "spaw package" of both for $15. Please bring your own towel. All proceeds benefit FOTAS, a nonprofit organization supporting pet adoption at the Jackson County Animal Shelter.
