  • Felony arrests
    Assault — Esthela Regalado-Landeros, 40, of the 800 block of South Pacific Highway, Talent. Talent police Wednesday arrested Regalado-Landeros on charges of third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, harassment, riot and second-degree disorderly conduct. She was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance. 
    Drugs — Jarrod Edward Garwood, 32, of the 5200 block of East Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Sheriff's deputies Thursday arrested Garwood on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of heroin. He was lodged in jail without bail.
    Warrant — Matthew James Huelter, 20, no known address. Medford police Thursday arrested Huelter on an out-of-county warrant for charges of first-degree sexual abuse, two counts of first-degree rape, two counts of first-degree sodomy and third-degree rape. He was lodged in jail on $250,000 bail. 
    Drugs — Tonya Michelle West, 25, no known address. Medford police Thursday arrested West on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, contempt of court, second-degree theft and failure to appear on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of hydrocodone and third-degree theft. She was lodged in jail on $45,000 bail. 
    Crime reports
    Theft — 1500 block of South Peach Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 2:34 a.m. Thursday of a theft of two bicycles. The loss was valued at $1,800.
