    Service at MCUCC
    Rev. Kurt Katzmar will give a service about first-century, non-Biblical writings about Jesus that were not included in the New Testament in a service titled "The Other Revelations" at 10 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 24, at Medford Congregational United Church of Christ, 1801 E. Jackson St.

    Healthy Living Ministries luncheon
    Healthy Living Ministries, the temperance ministry of the Central Point Seventh-day Adventist Church, will hold a vegan, whole foods luncheon at 1 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 24, at 625 N. 10th St., Central Point. Dr. Jim Said will give a lecture about the effects of genetically modified foods on the brain.
