Felony arrests

Burglary — Heather Sue Collum, 32, of the 500 block of G Street, Jacksonville. Jacksonville police arrested Collum Wednesday on three felony counts of second-degree burglary and a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday and released Wednesday because of overcrowding.

Burglary — Dallas Channel Roush, 22, of the 5500 block of Table Rock Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Roush Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary, misdemeanor charges of first-degree trespassing and third-degree theft, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin, altering a weapon ID and carrying a concealed weapon. She was lodged in jail Thursday on $42,500 bail.

Forgery — Toshia Elaine Brandt, 37, of the 200 block of Wells Road, Central Point. On Thursday, Brandt made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree forgery and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Calvin Douglas Johnson Jr., 34, of the first block of Tripp Street, Medford. On Thursday, Johnson made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing a Schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Sex Offender Registration — Edward Willliam Robert Sprunck, 55, of the 1100 block of Rose Valley Drive, Central Point. On Thursday, Sprunck made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Theft — Lacey Marie Huston, 31, of the 900 block of Beekman Avenue, Medford. On Thursday, Huston made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree theft, and four misdemeanor counts of second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Miguel Angel Olmos-Gonzalez, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Olmos-Gonzalez Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $25,000 bail.

Burglary — Terrell Akeem Russell, 23, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Russell Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with first-degree burglary and a misdemeanor warrant charging him with second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $30,000 bail.

 

Crime report

Theft — South Central Avenue and East Ninth Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen, white small-frame women's Specialized bike at 8:13 p.m. Wednesday. The loss was valued at $2,000.
