Felony arrests

Identity theft — Rebekah Lynn Clinton, 28, of the 3500 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Clinton on charges of identity theft, first-degree forgery, first-degree theft and possession of heroin. She was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance.

Identity theft — Payton Matthew Denny, 25, of the 3500 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Denny on charges of identity theft, first-degree forgery, first-degree theft, possession of heroin, failing to register as a sex offender and for violating the conditions of his was parole on a previous sex-abuse conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail.

Theft — Wendy Michelle Cunningham, 26, of the 7900 block of Division Road, White City. Medford police Monday arrested Cunningham on warrants charging her with first- and third-degree theft and possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged Monday and released on her own recognizance.

Assault — Anthony John Gambale, 28, of the 800 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Gambale on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, coercion, interfering with a police report and harassment. He was lodged Monday in jail on $25,000 bail.

Drugs — Paul Gonzales, 46, of the 2500 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Gonzales on charges of possession of methamphetamine, second-degree disorderly conduct and interfering with a police officer. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — John Michael Hawk, 41, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Hawk on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Matthew Stephen Atkinson, 25, of the 200 block of Chestnut Street, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Atkinson on charge of possession of heroin, attempting to elude police in a vehicle, reckless driving, and for failure to appear on drug charges. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail.

Assault — Chad Michael Heppner, 40, of the 200 block of Meadow Lane, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police Sunday arrested Heppner on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged Sunday in jail on $10,000 bail.

Drugs — Levi Thomas Kendall, 25, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Kendall on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for failing to appear on harassment and strangulation charges. He was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on his own recognizance.

Burglary — John Thomas Lowell, 20, of the 100 block of Placer Hill Drive, Jacksonville. Medfod police Sunday arrested Lowell on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief. He was was lodged Sunday in jail and released Sunday on his own recognizance.
