September 8, 1938 - February 13, 2017

Rochelle “Rockie” Kay Trinca, 78, passed away peacefully February 13, 2017 at home in Medford, Oregon.

Rockie was born September 8, 1938 in Torrance, California to Wilson and Rosalie Grazier. She graduated from Yreka High School and married Remo Trinca May 31, 1959 in Reno, Nevada. She and her husband, Remo Trinca owned and operated the Stateline Service in Hilt, Calif. for over 50 years. She had many hobbies including cooking, sewing, quilting, bowling, and watching the Warriors. She enjoyed her many Bible-study and church groups.

Rockie is survived by her husband of 58 years, Remo Trinca; daughters and sons-in-law, Candace and Tim Palmesano (Ashland, Ore.), Carla and Tom Gonsalves (Lodi, Calif.), Laurie and Allen Steadman (Jacksonville, Ore.), and Kim and Gary Kleaver (Lodi, Calif.); 17 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Barbara Riggins.

The family of Rockie wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Susan Kohler, Dr. Cory Tichauer, Providence Home Health, Visiting Angels, Signature Home Health, 55 Live, Applegate Fellowship, and her many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Applegate Christian Fellowship in Jacksonville, Ore.
