Felony arrests

Assault — Daniel Quintero, 26, of the 2300 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Quintero Tuesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault, and on misdemeanor charges of harassment and fourth-degree assault. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — Ryan Lee Brashears, 23, of the 1300 block of Black Thorn Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Brashears Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of second- and third-degree theft and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous meth-possession conviction. He remained lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — Elizabeth Dawn Luna, 28, of the 500 block of Palm Street, Medford. On Wednesday, Luna made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on her own recognizance.

Robbery Conspiracy — Isis Ladonna Dixon, 28, of Williams. On Wednesday, Dixon made an appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of conspiring to commit first-degree robbery. She was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Vehicle Theft — Curtis Eugene Engle, 36, no known address. Central Point police arrested Engle Wednesday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possessing hydrocodone, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft and second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $20,000 bail.

Vehicle Theft — Stephanie Ray Ann Wilson, 31, no known address. Central Point police arrested Wilson Wednesday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and first-degree criminal mischief, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree trespassing and reckless driving. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $22,500 bail.

Theft — Douglas Keith Hagee, 66, no known address. On Wednesday, Hagee made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree theft, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft and for violating his probation on a conviction for failing to register as a sex offender on his birthday. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Dillan James Fuerstenberg, 23, of the 800 block of West Rolling Hills Drive, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Fuerstenberg Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and for violating his parole on a previous third-degree assault conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — Jesse Robert Butisbaugh, 26, no known address. On Wednesday, Butisbauch made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.

Forgery — Yvonne Guzman, 35, of Miami, Florida. Medford police arrested Guzman Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree forgery, first-degree possession of a forged instrument, first-degree theft and negotiating a bad check and on a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $35,000 bail.

Forgery — Lisbeth Gallego, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Gallego Wednesday on felony charges of first-degree forgery, first-degree possession of a forged instrument, negotiating a bad check and first-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $30,000 bail.

Burglary — Dylan James Stradford, 29, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Stradford Wednesday on felony charges of second-degree burglary and first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $15,000 bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 800 block of Morrison Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 8:02 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included a Pioneer touch screen car stereo unit, a Hifonics car amplifier, a car equalizer and Prada sunglasses. The loss and damage to the driver-side window was valued at $2,125.

Theft — 800 block of Morrison Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 8:26 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included a Skilsaw, impact driver and drill, miscellaneous nails, hand tools and batteries and a black toolbox with padlock. The loss was valued at $1,015.

Theft — 1400 block of Spring Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a motor vehicle at 2:26 p.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included miscellaneous tools in a duffel bag and a DeWalt drill set. The loss was valued at $1,000.
