Felony arrests

Drugs — Ericka Jean Dean, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Dean Friday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Friday and released Saturday on her own recognizance.

Assault — Jacob Daniel McFadden, 28, of the 400 block of Broadway Street, Rogue River. Rogue River police arrested McFadden Saturday on a felony warrant charging third-degree assault, misdemeanor warrants charging fourth-degree assault and third-degree theft, warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing methamphetamine, menacing and disorderly conduct, and on out-of-county warrants charging heroin possession and second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Saturday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Ronnie Dale Knights, 53, of the 3300 block of East Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Knights Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Michael Anthony Schalz-Hall, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Schalz-Hall Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing methamphetamine, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Jonathan James Poppi, 22, of Martinez, California. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Poppi Saturday on a felony charge of possessing cocaine, and on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Peter Anthony Confer, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Confer Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police and for violating his parole on a previous fourth-degree assault conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Drugs — Debra Marie Bieneman, 59, no known address. Medford police arrested Bieneman Saturday on a felony warrant charging methamphetamine possession, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of attempted assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, second-degree trespassing, harassment and disorderly conduct. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday because of overcrowding.
