Felony arrests

Drugs — Jason Wayne Crenshaw, 36, of the 500 block of Eagle Mill Road, Ashland. Medford police Saturday arrested Crenshaw on charges of possession of methamphetamine, driving while suspended and for being a felon in possession of a weapon. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released due to overcrowding.

Assault — Richard Shawn Divel, 48, of the 1700 block of NE McKay Creek Road, Prineville. Medford police Sunday arrested Divel on charges of fourth-degree, felony assault and misdemeanor strangulation. He was booked in jail and released of his own recognizance.

Drugs, car theft — Matthew John Delco, 39, of the 2400 block of Falcon Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies and Medford police Sunday arrested Delco on charges of possession of heroin and methamphetamine, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, hit and run, theft of services and reckless driving. He was booked in jail and released due to overcrowding.

Drugs — William Matthew Fath, 46, of Trail. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Sunday arrested Fath on charges of possession of methamphetamine and more than 4 ounces of hash. He was booked in jail and released due to overcrowding.

Theft — John Lee Hodge, 37, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Hodge on charges of first-degree theft, possession of methamphetamine, identity theft and a credit card misdemeanor He was booked in jail and released due to overcrowding.

Drugs, burglary — Stephen Gregory Johnston, 56, no known address. Talent police Sunday arrested Johnston on charges of possession of methamphetamine, first-degree burglary, first-degree trespassing, and for failure to appear on charges of manufacturing and distributing heroin and methamphetamine, two counts of possession of heroin, three counts of possession of methamphetamine, two counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of first-degree trespassing, two counts of third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail on $177,500 bail.

Car theft — Danielle Cassidy Stanford, 39, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Stanford on a charge of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and a probation violation for distribution of methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail on $7,500 bail.

Drugs — Mark Daniel Forsey Jr., 26, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Forsey on charges of possession of methamphetamine, harassment and fourth-degree, misdemeanor assault. He was lodged in jail on $17,500 bail.
