Felony arrests

Sexual Abuse — Dillon Leigh Reames, 18, of the 400 block of Chestnut Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Reames Monday on a felony charge of first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Monday on $250,000 bail.

Drugs — Christina Marie Cushman, 38, of the 2400 block of Temple Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Cushman Monday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing methamphetamine and third-degree theft. She was booked in the jail Monday and released Tuesday because of overcrowding.

Elude — Michael Ray Spliethof, 25, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Spliethof Tuesday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, and on misdemeanor charges of attempting to elude police on foot, second-degree trespassing, disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief, driving while suspended and reckless driving. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $10,000 bail.

Drugs — Fallon Natallia Rose, 28, of the 7900 block of Timberline Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Rose Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing hydrocodone and a misdemeanor charge of violating a restraining order. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday.

Drugs — Justin Allen Fisher, 29, of the 300 block of Sutter Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Fisher Tuesday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin, and for violating his parole on a previous heroin possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Drugs — Amanda Marie Fisher, 28, of the 2400 block of Fox Run, Medford. Medford police arrested Fisher Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on her own recognizance.

Elude — Charles David Fletcher, 43, of the 2500 block of Lampman Road, Gold Hill. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Fletcher Tuesday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, misdemeanor charges of reckless driving, reckless endangering, resisting arrest and attempting to elude police on foot, and on an out-of-county warrant for violating his parole on a first-degree burglary conviction. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Drugs — Daniel Jack Smith, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Smith Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, misdemeanor charges of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, third-degree theft and second-degree trespassing, and warrants for failing to appear in court on charges of first- and third-degree theft and harassment. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Alexander J. Owens, 21, no known address. Medford police arrested Owens Tuesday on a felony warrant charging heroin possession, and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous second-degree theft charge. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and released because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Kyle Eugene Coleman Ramsey, 25, of the 1000 block of Galls Creek Road, Gold Hill. Medford police arrested Ramsey Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, on misdemeanor charges of third-degree theft and second-degree trespassing, on a misdemeanor warrant charging second-degree theft, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin and methamphetamine, third-degree theft and first-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $101,000 bail.

Sex Offender Registration — Eliseo Rosales, 63, of the 900 block of Hampton Way, Medford. On Tuesday, Roasales made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of failing to register as a sex offender, and on misdemeanor charges of failing to register as a sex offender on his birthday, hit-and-run and reckless driving. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Assaulting an Officer — Beverly Maye Booth, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Booth Tuesday on felony charges of assaulting a police officer and aggravated harassment, misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest and harassment, on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous heroin possession charge and for violating her parole on a previous heroin possession conviction. She was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Identity Theft — William Lamar Smith, 45, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Smith Tuesday on a felony charge of identity theft, felony warrants charging unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and first-degree forgery, and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $93,000 bail.

 

Crime report

Theft — South Riverside Avenue and East Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen acoustic guitar with cutaway at 12:59 a.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $1,800.
