Felony arrests

Forgery — Yvonne Guzman, 35, of Miami, Florida. Medford police arrested Guzman Thursday on additional felony charges of first-degree possession of a forged instrument, aggravated identity theft, first-degree theft, first-degree forgery and 11 additional counts of identity theft. Medford police originally arrested Guzman Wednesday on felony charges of first-degree forgery and possessing a forged instrument, and on a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police. She remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Thursday on $220,000 bail.

Forgery — Lisbeth Gallego, 25, of Orlando, Florida. Medford police arrested Gallego Thursday on additional felony charges of first-degree possession of a forged instrument, aggravated identity theft, first-degree theft, first-degree forgery and 11 additional counts of identity theft. Medford police originally arrested Gallego Wednesday on felony charges of first-degree forgery and possessing a forged instrument. She remained lodged in jail Thursday on $215,000 bail.

Drugs — Wesley Daniel Scott, 35, of the 300 block of Lozier Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Scott Thursday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, and on misdemeanor charges of second- and third-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday because of overcrowding.

Sex Offender Registration — Leif Andrew Bjornsen, 40, no known address. Medford police arrested Bjornsen Thursday on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Jesse Raymond Ward, 32, of the 4300 block of Dodge Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Ward Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of first-degree burglary, third-degree robbery and second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $25,000 bail.

Sodomy — Donald James McLaughlin, 46, of the 3600 block of Highway 227, Trail. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested McLaughlin Thursday on felony warrants charging him with a single count of first-degree sodomy, two counts of first-degree unlawful sexual penetration, four counts of first-degree sexual abuse and two counts of second-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $1 million bail.

Assault — Joseph Angelo Campodonico, 40, of the 1100 block of Glengrove Avenue, Central Point. On Thursday, Campodonico made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of third- and fourth-degree assault and coercion, and on misdemeanor charges of strangulation, harassment and fourth-degree assault. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Amber Rae Norwood, 30, of Salem. On Thursday, Norwood made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was booked and released in the jail on her own recognizance.

Identity Theft — Ryan Joseph Dunn, 42, of the 1500 block of Cypress Point Drive, Medford. On Thursday, Dunn made his initial court appearance on felony charges including nine counts of identity theft and a single count of aggravated identity theft. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Unlawful Use of a Weapon — Gerald Raymond Richardson, 57, of the 3000 block of Waterford Court, Medford. On Thursday, Richardson made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon, and on misdemeanor charges of menacing and pointing a firearm at another. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Identity Theft — Phillip Earl Chandler, 39, of Salem. On Thursday, Chandler made his initial court appearance on two felony counts of identity theft. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Supplying Contraband — Jenna Jordyn Foote, 21, of the 500 block of Golf View Drive, Medford. Talent police arrested Foote Thursday on felony charges of supplying contraband, possessing methamphetamine and heroin and possessing a forged instrument, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous first-degree theft charges. She was lodged in jail Thursday on $39,500 bail.

Drugs — Justin Lee Kirkman, 24, of the 2600 block of Banner Court, Medford. Talent police arrested Kirkman Thursday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $317,500 bail.

Drugs — Justin Eugene Green, 36, of the 500 block of Clover Lane, Ashland. Medford police arrested Green Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous meth-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Identity Theft — Jennifer Marie Henney, 40, of the 100 block of Ball Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Henney Thursday on a felony charge of identity theft and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday because of overcrowding.

Crime reports

Theft — 2000 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 11:50 a.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included a laptop computer, a Nike backpack containing soccer gear, miscellaneous textbooks, Nike cleats and Adidas athletic shoes. The loss was valued at $1,000.

Theft — 2700 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft at 12:37 p.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included a Dell Optiplex PC computer tower and miscellaneous medical supplies. The loss was valued at $1,325.
