A Central Point man died in a Friday afternoon crash while riding as a passenger in a vehicle that rolled several times in eastern Klamath County.
Jeffrey Lee Kuyper, 52, was pronounced dead at the scene of the 3:50 p.m. crash on Highway 97 near Midland, according to Oregon State Police.
Kuyper was in the right front passenger seat of a 1988 Toyota Land Cruiser driven by a juvenile and with two other juvenile passengers when the driver lost control. The vehicle rolled and came to rest in a ditch, OSP said.
The driver and two other passengers suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to Sky Lakes Medical Center in Klamath Falls, OSP said.
Further details of the crash were not immediately available.
