Felony arrests

Robbery — David Dean Johnson, 41, no known address. Ashland police arrested Johnson Wednesday on felony charges of third-degree robbery and first-degree theft. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday and released Thursday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Alisha Jean Bagge, 31, of the 300 block of Haven Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Bagge Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of providing false information to police and third-degree theft, and on out-of-county warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing meth and first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail Wednesday and released Thursday because of overcrowding.

Coercion — Joshua Colton Swigart, 26, of New Berlin, Wisconsin. Medford police arrested Swigart Thursday on a felony charge of coercion and on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and interfering with making a report. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday because of overcrowding.

Assault — Spencer Edward Adams, 34, of the 3000 block of Gary Drive, Medford. On Thursday, Adams made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of third-degree assault and on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless endangering and reckless driving. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Bryan Anthony Huber, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Huber Thursday on felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing methamphetamine, distributing and possessing cocaine, and for distributing and possessing more than four ounces of marijuana. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $100,000 bail.

Hit-and-run — Anthony Ryan Schafer, 27, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Schafer Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with failing to perform the duties of a driver to an injured person, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to perform the duties of a driver for property damage and reckless driving. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released.

Assaulting an Officer —Ariana Merissa Franklin, 21, no known address. Medford police arrested Franklin Thursday on two felony counts of assaulting a police officer and on misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest, harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct. She was booked in the jail Thursday and released.

Drugs — Joshua Lee Smith, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Smith Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on out-of-county warrants for failing to appear in court on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and third-degree theft. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released.

Burglary — Dylan James Stradford, 29, of the 5000 block of West Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Stradford Friday on two additional felony counts of second-degree burglary and two misdemeanor counts of second-degree theft. Jackson County sheriff's deputies originally arrested Stradford March 3 on multiple felony counts of second-degree burglary, first-and second-degree theft, and possessing heroin and meth. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $185,000 bail.

Elude — Jesse Angel Lazalde, 26, no known address. Phoenix police arrested Lazalde Friday on felony charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and possessing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving and for violating his parole on a previous first-degree burglary conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Elude — Pohliklah Donald Lewis, 22, of Yreka, California. Oregon State Police arrested Lewis Friday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Theft — Michael Glenn Frazier, 33, of the 1000 block of Stewart Avenue, Medford. On Friday, Frazier made his initial court appearance on five felony counts of first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Joshua James O'Leary, 22, of the 2000 block of South Columbus Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested O'Leary Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on misdemeanor counts of violating a restraining order. He was lodged in jail Friday on $20,000 bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 1100 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen generator at 11:53 a.m. Thursday. The loss was valued at $2,000.

Theft — 200 block of South Front Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of about multiple Zagster bicycles at 2:06 p.m. Thursday. The loss was valued at $10,000.

Burglary — First block of South Berkeley Way, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 5:18 p.m. Thursday. A gray 17-inch Asus laptop was reported stolen. The loss was valued at $2,000.

Theft — 600 block of Brian Way, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 2:01 p.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included miscellaneous camping gear, a Kicker amplifier, a Kenwood amplifier and a Pioneer car stereo unit with DVD player. The loss was valued at $1,150.
