Felony arrests

Drugs — Elizabeth A. Johnson-Cosgrove, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Johnson-Cosgrove Tuesday on an additional felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. Medford police originally arrested Johnson-Cosgrove Monday for violating her probation on a previous meth-possession conviction. She remained lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Drugs — Garrett William Melton, 29, of the 100 block of Cottage Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Melton Monday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possessing meth and second-degree theft. He was booked in the jail Monday and released Tuesday because of overcrowding.

Identity Theft — Gregory Stewart Killingsworth, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Killingsworth Tuesday on felony charges of identity theft, first-degree theft and possessing methamphetamine, and on misdemeanor charges of violating a restraining order, second-degree forgery, fraudulent use of a credit card and second- and third-degree theft, and for violating his probation on a previous driving under the influence of intoxicants conviction. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Drugs — Noel Scott Novac, 48, of the 2100 block of East Antelope Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Novac Tuesday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday because of overcrowding.

Driving While Revoked — Steven Charles DeClerck Jr., 36, of the 3000 block of Gary Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested DeClerck Tuesday on two felony counts of driving while revoked. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday because of overcrowding.

Identity Theft — Elva Juevene Vongsena, 38, of Yreka, California. On Tuesday, Vongsena made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of identity theft. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — David William Boyer, 47, of the 800 block of Olympic Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Boyer Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while suspended. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Ladarrius Trenton Anderson, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Anderson Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possessing meth, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous meth-possession charge. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Kidnapping Conspiracy — Miranda McCafferty, 22, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested McCafferty on felony warrants charging her with conspiring to commit first- and second-degree kidnapping, second-degree assault and conspiring to commit second-degree assault. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $85,000 bail.

Crime reports

Burglary — 900 block of Biddle Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a business at 10:30 a.m. Monday. Numerous appliances were reported stolen, and the loss was valued at $10,000.

Theft — 1900 block of Hutchins Circle, Medford. Medford police took a report of stolen appliances, doors and electrical equipment at 2:39 p.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $1,275.

Theft — 2400 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen vehicle-towing dolly at 4:30 p.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $3,000.

Burglary — 2300 block of Temple Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a burglary at 8:08 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included two radio-controlled trucks with controllers, a radio-controlled helicopter and controller and bag of Craftsman tools. The loss was valued at $1,350.

Theft — 1700 block of Dove Lane, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen Honda generator at 3:47 p.m. Tuesday. The loss was valued at $2,000.
