Felony arrests

Burglary — Kimberly Rose Hogan, 40, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Hogan on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft. She was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — John Lee Johnson, 28, of the 700 block of Bybee Drive, Jacksonville. Medford police Monday arrested Johnson on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for violating the conditions of his probation on a previous drug-contraband conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail.

Drugs — Jimmy Lee Akins, 46, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Akins on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for failing to appear on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Vehicle theft — Courtney Livingston, 23, no known address. Eagle Point police Monday arrested Livingston on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle and for failing to appear on drug and trespass charges. She was lodged Monday in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Andre Jordan McClure, 20, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested McClure on charges of possession of methamphetamine, interfering with a police report and for violating the conditions of his probation on a previous drug conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail.

Drugs — Charlotte Austine Prentice, 25, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Prentice on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for failure to appear on a disorderly conduct charge. She was lodged Monday in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Vehicle theft — Travis Dale Penninger, 34, of the 2300 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Eagle Point police Monday arrested Penninger on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, driving while suspended and two counts each of first-degree forgery an first-degree possession of a forged instrument. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Ira Dean Carney, 58, of the 100 block of West Vilas Road, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Carney on charges of possession of methamphetamine as well as driving while suspended and violating the conditions of his probation on a previous drug conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail.

Burglary — Christopher A. Hendrix, 32, no known address. Ashland police Monday arrested Hendrix on charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief, identity theft, second-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Theft — Ryan Keith Ashker, 27, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Ashker on charges of first-degree theft and for failing to appear ona pregvious charge of furnishing false information to police. He was lodged Monday in jail on $10,500 bail.

Drugs — Mickey Ray Galatz, 22, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Galatz on charges of possession of heroin, carrying a concealed weapon, fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged Monday in jail on $22,500 bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 200 block of Mace Road, Medford. Medford police took a report at 1:57 p.m. Monday of the theft of a camera. The loss was valued at $1,000.
