Felony arrests

Drugs — Laura Ann Kilpatrick, 51, of the 1000 block of Woodrow Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Kilpatrick Monday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on misdemeanor counts of second-degree trespassing and second-degree disorderly conduct. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Monday and released Tuesday on her own recognizance.

Aggravated Theft — Adan Contreras-Rivas, 36, of the 200 block of Iowa Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Contreras-Rivas Monday on felony charges of aggravated first-degree theft and first-degree theft, and on a California warrant. He remained lodged in the jail Tuesday without bail.

Aggravated Theft — Sandra Contreras-Tapia, 20, of the 200 block of Iowa Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Contreras-Tapia Monday on felony charges of aggravated first-degree theft and first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail Monday and released Tuesday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Justin William Keaton, 44, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Keaton Monday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on misdemeanor charges of public indecency and second-degree trespassing. He remained lodged in jail Tuesday on $27,500 bail.

Drugs — Stephen Michael Melton, 61, of the 500 block of Putnam Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Melton Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a misdemeanor charge of violating a restraining order. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $15,000 bail.

Drugs — Daniel Jack Smith, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Smith Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing meth and first- and third-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Jayme Lynn Hurd, 37, of the 800 block of Daffney Lane, Central Point. Medford police arrested Hurd Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous first-degree theft charge. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $15,000 bail.

Drugs — Ashlie Brooke Gosenberg, 30, of the 1400 block of Upton Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Gosenberg Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous meth-possession charge and for violating her parole on a previous meth-possession conviction. She was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Drugs — Eirik Dean Emile Kimball, 22, of Toledo. On Tuesday, Kimball made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine, cocaine, MDMA and another Schedule I controlled substance, and on a misdemeanor count of felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Burglary — Brandon Allen Crum, 23, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Crum Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $20,000 bail.

Burglary — Johnathon Neal Oliver, 25, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Oliver Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $20,000 bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 500 block of West Fourth Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 11:04 a.m. Monday. A car stereo amplifier and woofer were reported stolen, and the loss was valued at $1,000.

Theft — 200 block of Mace Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen camera at 1:57 p.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $1,000.

Theft — 1300 block of Center Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 7:58 a.m. Tuesday. Two suitcases containing clothing and toiletries were reported stolen, and the loss was valued at $1,300.
