Felony arrests

Drugs — Joseph Wade Shelton, 29, of the 900 block of Narregan Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Shelton Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Supplying Contraband — Amanda Marie Stewart, 27, of the 700 block of Queens Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Stewart Wednesday on felony charges of supplying contraband, possessing methamphetamine and heroin, first-degree forgery and three counts of possessing a forged instrument. She remained lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Drugs — Tristan Charles Wood, 28, of Winfield, West Virginia. Medford police arrested Wood Thursday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing and for violating his parole on a previous third-degree robbery conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Drugs — David Newton Everett Jr., 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Everett Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and for violating his parole on a weapons charge. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Aggravated Harassment — Elizabeth A. Johnson-Cosgrove, 26, no known address. Medfod police arrested Johnson-Cosgrove Thursday on a felony charge of aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor charge of harassment and on a sanction for violating her probation on a previous meth-possession charge. She was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Identity Theft — Sydney Page Holguin, 22, of the 600 block of Hamilton Street, Medford. On Thursday, Holguin made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of identity theft, first-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Supplying Contraband — Carl Daniel Enloe, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Enloe Thursday on felony warrants charging him with supplying contraband and possessing heroin. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $17,500 bail.

Drugs — Amanda Marie Flory, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Flory Thursday on a felony charge of possessing a Schedule II controlled substance, 21 misdemeanor counts of unlawfully obtaining a controlled substance and 20 misdemeanor counts of third-degree theft. She was lodged in jail on $162,500 bail.

Manslaughter — Joshua Joseph MacDonald-Pose, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested MacDonald-Pose on felony warrants charging him with first- and second-degree manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide and attempting to elude police in a vehicle, misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and carrying a concealed dangerous weapon. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $500,000 bail.

Drugs — Tyler Carter Culbertson, 30, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested Culbertson Thursday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of first-degree trespassing and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of first-degree trespassing and second- and third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail.

Crime report

Theft — 2200 block of Biddle Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of an unauthorized entry into a vehicle at 6:40 a.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included two bags of clothing, a new camera still in its box, six pairs of shoes, a blue HP laptop and power cable and a black purse and zippered wallet. The loss was valued at $3,336.
