Felony arrests

Drugs — Nichales James Cummings, 27, of the 100 block of Oak Street, Phoenix. Phoenix police arrested Cummings Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of distributing and possessing meth. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Alexis Neomi Flores, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Flores Thursday on a felony warrant charging her with possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Joshua Dean Lines, 31, of the 800 block of Broad Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Lines Thursday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin and on a charge of possessing burglary tools, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of third-degree robbery, fourth-degree assault and second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $60,000 bail.

Sex Offender Registration — Jose Antonio Steiner, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Steiner Thursday on felony charges of failing to register his address as a sex offender and possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of failing to register as a sex offender on his birthday, and on warrants for violating his probation on failing to register his address as a sex offender and possessing meth. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Assault — Adair Lynn Howton, 64, no known address. Central Point police arrested Howton Thursday on a felony charge of third-degree assault and on misdemeanor charges of harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday.

Drugs — Juan Gabriel Camacho, 34, of the 300 block of Ogara Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Camacho Thursday on felony charges of possessing heroin and methamphetamine, and for violating his parole on a previous meth-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Drugs — Guillermo Ishtar Guitron III, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Guitron Thursday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft and for failing to appear in court on previous charges of distributing and possessing cocaine and possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $62,500 bail.

Burglary — Richard Anthony Thomas Boyce, 30, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Boyce Thursday on felony charges of second-degree burglary and possessing methamphetamine, and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $17,500 bail.

Drugs — Taryn Alise Evans-Hood, 20, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Evans-Hood Thursday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and on a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree assault. She was lodged in jail Thursday on $17,500 bail.

Crime report

Theft — 500 block of Rossanley Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a business at 1:12 a.m. Thursday. Two Samsung tablet computers were reported stolen, and the loss was valued at $1,598.
