Felony arrests

Drugs — Pamela Nicole Miles, 33, no known address. Central Point police arrested miles Tuesday on felony warrants charging her with possessing heroin and methamphetamine. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday and released Wednesday on her own recognizance.

Assaulting an Officer — Richard Anthony Thomas Boyce, 30, of the 100 block of Fern Valley Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Boyce Tuesday on felony charges of assaulting a police officer, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, first-degree burglary and first-degree theft, and on misdemeanor counts of second-degree theft resisting arrest, interfering with police and second-degree trespassing. He remained lodged in jail Wednesday on $20,000 bail.

Drugs — Melinda Noel Blyly, 26, of the 2500 block of Terrmont Street, White City. Medford police arrested Blyly Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a sanction from a previous oxycodone-possession charge. She was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — David Dewayne McDaniel, 39, of the 600 block of Pearwood Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested McDaniel Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon and for violating his parole on a previous charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He remained lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — Emmanuel Navarro, 22, of the 800 block of Narregan Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Navarro Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and a misdemeanor charge of carrying a concealed dangerous weapon. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Isaac Tyler Terrance Clyde, 18, no known address. Medford police arrested Clyde Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.

Identity Theft — Amber Dawn Freeman, 21, no known address. Central Point police arrested Freeman Wednesday on a felony warrant charging her with identity theft and a misdemeanor warrant charging her with second-degree forgery. She was booked in the jail and released Wednesday because of overcrowding.

Vehicle Theft — David Paul Williams, 36, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Williams Wednesday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.

Sex Offender Registration — William Matthew Wetzell, 63, of Cave Junction. On Wednesday, Wetzell made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.

Driving While Suspended — Miguel Angel Lomas Jr., of the 600 block of South Columbus Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Lomas Wednesday on a felony charge of driving while suspended or revoked and for violating his parole on a previous felony driving under the influence of intoxicants conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.
